It doesn't take a genius to figure out that you should do and share what you do well, and you should practice what you do well in order to become great. You cannot find your voice if you don't talk, so talk; the embarrassment is most likely in your head and no-one really cares (people are mostly thinking about themselves and what others must be thinking of them); Networking is fully engaging with someone and expecting nothing in return and by networking with awesome people you will become more awesome in the process (more on networking in a later post).

Why should you be afraid of sharing what you do, believe and even think; actions trump ideas any day of the week (so start sharing and doing). When in doubt, test your thinking by using the wisdom of crowds. Crowds are amazing and most of the time free, share your ideas with great people to give you great insight. A big portion of this website was fine-tuned by the wisdom of crowds and it looks rather amazing.

Think process and not the final result, as they would say “it starts with a shitty draft”; the end result will look after itself as long as the math makes sense. Do, review, adjust, iterate, research & develop, think, practice, do, repeat - A clear and concise vision will provide focus (you will know when you are there - if you wait too long you will never get there).
