The Netcare properties division executes Capex projects across the Netcare group of hospitals and facilities.

The primary care division, medicross are to form part of the property division management portfolio, the responsibilities include:

Successful delivery of Capex projects in terms of project scope against time, resource and cost constraints during the entire lifecycle of the project
Monitor the project according to the official project management methodology
Provide leadership, guidance and governance to the regional team
Manage the interface between the client and the project
Provide regular status reporting to relevant project stakeholders
Ensure that the final product meets the quality expectations of all stakeholders
Plan, prioritise, track and remediate task allocation to meet pcd goals
Monitor regional cash flows and project payments
Build and motivate a performing team
Develop and maintain a project register for all the medicoss projects
